ClubHub Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
ClubHub helps golfers search tee times across participating golf courses and booking providers. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
- Email address, when you choose to log in with a one-time email code.
- Search details you enter, such as date, metro area, player count, holes, and preferred time.
- Saved course favorites and app preferences, such as guest mode and local settings.
- Course-login details only when you choose to connect a supported course or booking account.
- Basic technical data needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the app and API.
- Advertising-related data that may be processed by Google AdMob or Google AdSense when ads are shown.
How We Use Information
- To send one-time login codes and maintain your ClubHub session.
- To show tee-time search results and hand you off to booking providers.
- To save preferences, favorites, and account-linking choices you request.
- To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, fix bugs, and improve ClubHub.
- To support advertising placements that help keep the app cost-efficient.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that operate ClubHub, including hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics/logging, and advertising providers. When you follow a booking handoff or connect a course account, information may be sent to the relevant golf course or booking provider to complete the action you requested.
Advertising
ClubHub may display ads through Google services. On iOS, ClubHub asks for tracking permission after you choose guest access or log in. If you allow tracking, Google may use device advertising identifiers and app interaction data to show more relevant ads and measure ad performance. If you decline, ClubHub requests non-personalized ads and you can continue using the app. You can also manage advertising choices in your device and Google settings.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to operate ClubHub, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can delete your ClubHub account in the app from Profile > Legal & support > Delete account. Account deletion removes your ClubHub account and associated personal data. Local preferences can also be removed by deleting the app or clearing browser storage.
Children
ClubHub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
