ClubHub Terms of Use

ClubHub helps golfers search tee-time availability from participating courses and booking providers. By using ClubHub, you agree to these terms.

Service

ClubHub aggregates and displays tee-time information. Availability, prices, course policies, and booking details can change without notice and are controlled by the applicable golf course or booking provider.

Bookings

ClubHub may hand you off to a third-party course or booking provider to complete a booking. Any purchase, reservation, cancellation, refund, no-show policy, or dispute is between you and that third party unless ClubHub expressly says otherwise.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your email and device. You can delete your ClubHub account in the app from Profile > Legal & support > Delete account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload ClubHub.
• Do not submit false, unlawful, or unauthorized information.
• Do not use ClubHub to violate course, provider, or platform terms.

Ownership

ClubHub, its name, design, software, and original content are owned by ClubHub or its licensors. Third-party course and provider names remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

ClubHub is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete tee-time inventory, or error-free information.
